Common use of IBM Services Clause in Contracts

IBM Services. This person shall be the key day-to-day contact during the transition phases of this project. The Project Manager works with the PE and focuses on the implementation of specific phases of the implementation of IBM Services, including initial network installation and IAK development and deployment. The Project Manager provides StarMedia Network a focal point for planning, scheduling and resolution of any issues that may arise throughout the deployment of IBM Services. In addition to the lead Project Manager, IBM may assign Project Managers in other countries or geographies to support the lead Project Manager. These support personnel will take direction from the lead Project Manager.
