Common use of Identification of Union Representatives Clause in Contracts

Identification of Union Representatives. The Union will furnish the Employer in writing with the names of its Stewards and all officials of the Union responsible for administering the Agreement and whatever changes may occur from time to time in such personnel so that the Employer may at all times be advised as to the authority of individual representatives of the union with whom it may be dealing. This identification shall be made in advance of the Employer’s recognition of the authority of such individuals to act under this Agreement.
