Common use of Identification of Union Representatives Clause in Contracts

Identification of Union Representatives. The Director and County Controller shall be informed in writing of the names of the Stewards, members of the Collective Bargaining Committee, alternate Stewards or members of the Collective Bargaining Committee, the Staff Representative of the Union, and any changes therein, immediately upon their selection or election. The Employer will extend recognition to such individuals immediately upon receipt of this notice.
