Common use of Incidence Clause in Contracts

Incidence. 5.1 This Agreement shall apply to all employees of Port ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Council and employees of committees of Council established under the Local Government Act1993 (NSW), with the exception of Group Managers and the General Manager. 5.2 This Agreement shall regulate totally the terms and conditions of employment previously regulated by all Awards and Agreements covering employees of Port ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Council.
