Incident Handling and Updates. The Infospace Carrier Care Support Services group of Infospace will coordinate incident isolation, testing and repair work within Infospace and all contracted third party systems that are within Infospace’s Span of Control. During the incident isolation and troubleshooting process, Infospace Carrier Care Support Services will communicate incident resolution progress with Cingular based upon the times specified in Table 4. Additionally, Infospace Carrier Care Support Services will proactively inform Cingular when an issue or condition arises that may cause potential system anomalies and be a potential source for the creation trouble tickets.
Incident Handling and Updates. The Motricity Carrier Care Support Services group of Motricity will coordinate incident isolation, testing and repair work within Motricity and all contracted third party systems that are within Motricity’s Span of Control. During the incident isolation and troubleshooting process, Motricity Carrier Care Support Services will communicate incident resolution progress with AT&T based upon the times specified in Table 4. Additionally, Motricity Carrier Care Support Services will proactively inform AT&T when an issue or condition arises that may cause potential system anomalies and be a potential source for the creation trouble tickets.

  • Updates and Upgrades Contractor grants to the Department a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use upgrades and updates provided by Contractor during the term of the Contract. Such upgrades and updates are subject to the terms of the Contract. The Department shall download, distribute, and install all updates as released by Contractor during the length of the Contract, and Contractor strongly suggests that the Department also downloads, distributes, and installs all upgrades as released by Contractor during the length of the Contract. Contractor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Department with work-around solutions or patches to reported software problems that may affect the Department’s use of the software during the length of the Contract.

  • Operation and Maintenance Manuals Receipts for transmittal of Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Brochures and Data to the Design Professional (or Commissioning Agent) as required by Section 6.1.1.5.

  • Maintenance Manual No later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer, evolve a maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Highway in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, safety requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority’s Engineer. The Authority’s Engineer shall review the Maintenance Manual within 15 (fifteen) days of its receipt and communicate its comments to the Contractor for necessary modifications, if any.

  • Program Monitoring and Evaluation The Recipient shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, and furnish to the Association not later than six months after the Closing Date, a report of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request, on the execution of the Program, the performance by the Recipient and the Association of their respective obligations under the Legal Agreements and the accomplishment of the purposes of the Financing.”
