Informal Appearance Clause Samples

The Informal Appearance clause defines the standards or expectations for how parties should present themselves in non-formal or casual settings related to the agreement. This may include guidelines for dress code, conduct, or communication style during meetings, site visits, or other interactions that do not require formal attire or protocol. By setting these expectations, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that all parties maintain a consistent and appropriate level of professionalism, even in less formal contexts.
