Information Required for Application. The Application for Interconnection will require the following information: ● Basic information regarding the customer ● Type and specifications of the Customer Generating Facility ● The contractor who will install the Customer Facility including license and contact information. ● Equipment submittals/shop drawings ● Site Plan ● One line or three-line electrical diagram as application for the installation. ● Structural load design and letter from a Utah-licensed structural engineer. ● Other information necessary to determine compliance with this program. ● Other information required by the City Building Department
