INITIAL CHARGES Clause Samples

The Initial Charges clause defines the upfront fees or payments that a party is required to pay at the start of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the specific amount, due date, and method of payment for these initial costs, which may include setup fees, deposits, or the first installment of a recurring charge. By clearly specifying these initial financial obligations, the clause ensures both parties understand the immediate costs involved and helps prevent disputes over payment expectations at the outset of the contract.
