Initial Placement on the Salary Schedule. Except as otherwise provided for herein, placement shall be in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction applicable to the state’s salary allocation model (▇▇▇) in effect for the 2017-18 school year.
