Initial Price List Sample Clauses
The Initial Price List clause establishes the baseline set of prices for goods or services at the start of a contract. It typically details the specific items or services covered, along with their corresponding prices, and may reference an attached schedule or exhibit for clarity. This clause ensures both parties have a clear, mutual understanding of the initial pricing structure, reducing the risk of disputes over costs at the outset of the agreement.
Initial Price List. (a) As at the Effective Date, the Multiplex Licensee will provide the Access Seeker with a price list setting out the fixed recurring charges that are applicable in respect of Multiplex Capacity allocated to the Access Seeker and if applicable, the period for which the fixed recurring charges are valid (Initial Price List).
(b) The Multiplex Licensee will also provide such data that the Multiplex Licensee, acting reasonably and in good faith, considers is reasonably necessary for the Access Seeker to verify that the fixed recurring charges in the Initial Price List are consistent with the Pricing Principles.
Initial Price List. (a) If the Access Seeker did not acquire the Multiplex Transmission Service prior to 1 January 2013, then as atAt the Effective Date, the Multiplex Licensee will provide the Access Seeker with a price list setting out the fixed recurring charges that are applicable in respect of Multiplex Capacity allocated to the Access Seeker and if applicable, the period for which the fixed recurring charges are valid (Initial Price List).
(b) The Multiplex Licensee will also provide such data that the Multiplex Licensee, acting reasonably and in good faith, considers is reasonably necessary for the Access Seeker to verify that the fixed recurring charges in the Initial Price List are consistent with the Pricing Principles, including but not limited to data setting out the various cost elements described in clauses
Initial Price List. (a) The Price List from the Commencement Date until the review of the Price List in accordance with clause 5.3 is contained in Annexure D.
(b) In the event that there is a rebate arrangement with a specific customer for which CHH supplies product using Products supplied by WML (including an arrangement entered into before the Commencement Date), the parties will agree any rebate to be paid in relation to Products supplied for use by CHH in the supply of products for that specific customer over a particular period (Rebate Amount). Not less than 20 days prior to the expiry of the period in respect of which a Rebate Amount applies, the parties will discuss whether a new Rebate Amount will be applied for that specific customer. If the parties are unable to reach agreement on a new Rebate Amount prior to the expiry of such period, then they will cease to have any further obligations to discuss or agree such new Rebate Amount (and, for the avoidance of doubt, the matter in dispute may not be referred for determination under clause 5.4 or clause 9).

(i) Formakote Natura $1,388 per tonne;
(ii) Formakote Natura Grease $1,588 per tonne;
(iii) Formakote White $1,573 per tonne;
(iv) Formakote White (for use in “McDonalds” products) $1,471 per tonne;
(v) Formakote Spectra $1,515 per tonne;
(vi) Formakote Spectra Grease $1,715 per tonne; and
(vii) Formakote Sherpa $1,491 per tonne.

Initial Price List. The transfer prices for Products sold by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to AB from the Effective Date until December 31, 2004 shall be the transfer prices set forth in Schedule 1 attached hereto; provided that such transfer prices shall be not less favorable to AB than any transfer prices for Equivalent Products offered by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to any other customer or distributor under substantially similar circumstances (e.g., substantially similar purchase commitments and volumes).
