INITIAL SAMPLE TESTING. 6.1. In the initial sample test report, Supplier must prove that all characteristics are in compliance with the customer requirements. 6.2. Initial samples must be manufactured under serial production conditions, i.e. using the tools and materials employed in serial production. Any departure from this rule must be recorded in the initial sample test report. 6.3. The initial sample test will be documented using ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ PN013.460 form or a corresponding initial test report according to VDA volume 2. All the information should be documented by listing target and actual values. This provision shall apply: • prior to initial serial delivery of a new product/part • prior to serial use of new/modified tools • in the event of technical changes to parts • in the event that the manufacturing site is relocated • on imposition of a delivery block due to quality issues • whenever sub-suppliers are changed Minimum information: • drawing number (and/or material no.), • change status (index) • name of tester and tester's signature The tested initial sample must be sent to PÖTTINGER separately.
INITIAL SAMPLE TESTING. 6.1. PÖTTINGER will decide at its own discretion whether an acceptance test (delivery approval) is to be carried out prior to delivery at Supplier's premises, otherwise sample testing will be conducted at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ premises. 6.2. Supplier will conduct a complete test of the initial sample to verify compliance with the drawing. Even if PÖTTINGER models, appliances, tools, etc. are ordered, this test will be carried out by Supplier. 6.3. Initial samples must be manufactured under serial production conditions, i.e. using the tools and materials employed in serial production. Any departure from this rule must be recorded in the initial sample test report. A positive outcome to the initial sample test confirms that Supplier and production aids are appropriate to manufacture the product. 6.4. The initial sample test will be documented using ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ PN013.460 form or a corresponding initial test report according to VDA volume 2. All the information should be documented by listing target and actual values. This is applicable: • prior to initial serial delivery of a new product/part • prior to serial use of new/modified tools • in the event of technical changes to parts • in the event the manufacturing site is relocated • on imposition of a delivery block due to quality issues • whenever sub-suppliers are changed Minimum information: • drawing number (and/or material no.), • change status (index) • name of tester and tester's signature The tested initial sample must be sent to PÖTTINGER separately. 6.5. If drawing specifications/tolerances are not complied with, the further procedure must be agreed with PÖTTINGER prior to delivery of the initial sample.
INITIAL SAMPLE TESTING. (1) If the CUSTOMER commissioned initial sample, the SUPPLIER shall produce under series conditions and with series equipment. The initial samples has to comply with the CUSTOMER’s specific requirements. (2) Production capability shall be documented in an initial sample report together with all test features defined in the drawing/ specification. The initial sample documentation shall include, insofar as not otherwise agreed, the following evidence: • a measurement report for the number of parts specified in the order, assignable to the test chart as specified in the order • measurement system and equipment capability, if requested • materials certificate/acceptance test certificatetechnical data sheetdeclaration of conformity, if necessary The CUSTOMER shall inspect the conformity of the data to the technical documentation and shall inform the SUPPLIER of his decision. CUSTOMER orders are not to be considered as positive inspection decision. Certification of appropriate testing shall be provided for any additional specification requirements pertaining to a product to be supplied, such as lifespan, temperature tolerance, corrosion protection etc. The results of the aforementioned tests shall be supplied with the initial sample report.

  • Product Testing No later than [**] prior to a scheduled Delivery ARIAD US shall send to ARIAD SWISSCO the Delivery Documents for review. Following such review, unless within [**] of receipt of the Delivery Documents ARIAD SWISSCO gives written notice of rejection of the Product to be delivered, stating the reasons for such rejection, the Delivery shall proceed, and both Parties shall organize the same. Upon arrival at ARIAD SWISSCO nominated site it shall visually inspect the shipment of the Product to identify any damage to the external packaging. ARIAD SWISSCO may reject any shipment (or portion thereof) of the Product that is damaged by providing to ARIAD US reasonable evidence of damage within [**] after Delivery of such Product. If ARIAD SWISSCO does not so reject any shipment (or portion thereof) of the Product within [**] of Delivery of such Product, ARIAD SWISSCO shall be deemed to have accepted such shipment of the Product; provided, however, that in the case of the Product having any Latent Defect, ARIAD SWISSCO shall notify ARIAD US promptly once it becomes aware that a Product contains a Latent Defect and subsequently may reject such Product by giving written notice to ARIAD US of ARIAD SWISSCO’s rejection of such Product and shipping a representative sample of such Product or other evidence of Non-Conformance to ARIAD US within [**] after becoming aware of such Latent Defect, which notice shall include a description of the Latent Defect.

  • Meter Testing Company shall provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice to Seller prior to any test it may perform on the revenue meters or metering equipment. Seller shall have the right to have a representative present during each such test. Seller may request, and Company shall perform, if requested, tests in addition to the every fifth-year test and Seller shall pay the cost of such tests. Company may, in its sole discretion, perform tests in addition to the fifth year test and Company shall pay the cost of such tests. If any of the revenue meters or metering equipment is found to be inaccurate at any time, as determined by testing in accordance with this Section 10.2 (Meter Testing), Company shall promptly cause such equipment to be made accurate, and the period of inaccuracy, as well as an estimate for correct meter readings, shall be determined in accordance with Section 10.3 (Corrections).

  • Follow-up Testing An employee shall submit to unscheduled follow-up drug and/or alcohol testing if, within the previous 24-month period, the employee voluntarily disclosed drug or alcohol problems, entered into or completed a rehabilitation program for drug or alcohol abuse, failed or refused a preappointment drug test, or was disciplined for violating the provisions of this Agreement and Employer work rules. The Employer may require an employee who is subject to follow-up testing to submit to no more than six unscheduled drug or alcohol tests within any 12 month period.

  • Drug Testing (A) The state and the PBA agree to drug testing of employees in accordance with section 112.0455, F.S., the Drug-Free Workplace Act. (B) All classes covered by this Agreement are designated special risk classes for drug testing purposes. Special risk means employees who are required as a condition of employment to be certified under Chapter 633 or Chapter 943, F.S. (C) An employee shall have the right to grieve any disciplinary action taken under section 112.0455, the Drug-Free Workplace Act, subject to the limitations on the grievability of disciplinary actions in Article 10. If an employee is not disciplined but is denied a demotion, reassignment, or promotion as a result of a positive confirmed drug test, the employee shall have the right to grieve such action in accordance with Article 6.

  • Random Drug Testing All employees covered by this Agreement shall be subject to random drug testing in accordance with Appendix D.
