Installation and Operation Clause Samples

The Installation and Operation clause defines the responsibilities and requirements for setting up and running equipment, systems, or services under the agreement. It typically outlines who is responsible for installing the product, the standards or procedures to be followed, and any necessary training or support for ongoing operation. For example, it may specify that the supplier must install machinery at the buyer’s premises and ensure it is fully operational before handover. This clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations regarding installation and ongoing use, reducing the risk of disputes over performance or responsibility.
