INTERAGENCY COORDINATION. The Adminis- tration shall not launch a payload on a foreign launch vehicle unless the Administration com- menced the interagency coordination required by the Space Transportation Policy announced by the President on December 21, 2004, at least 90 days before entering into a development con- tract for the payload.
INTERAGENCY COORDINATION. The Sheriff, or his designee, shall to the extent feasible, coordinate law enforcement functions, including special event functions, individual complaints and unanticipated events requiring law enforcement involvement with Bushnell City Manager, or the City Manager's designee. The Sheriff or the Sheriff’s designee will attend regular City Council meetings and staff meetings when requested consistent with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ right to control and supervise the law enforcement services provided pursuant to this Agreement.
INTERAGENCY COORDINATION. Interagency coordination is required at all organizational levels to ensure the most effective cooperation between the USCG and the NOAA/NWS. The scope of topics coordinated through interagency coordination will include: • Communications between the USCG and the NOAA/NWS, to include maintaining the configuration of telecommunication links. • Services, such as meteorological observations, provided by the USCG to support NOAA/NWS missions. • Services, such as meteorological forecasts and warnings, provided by the NOAA/NWS in support of USCG missions. • Configuration management of NOAA/NWS text and graphic products to be disseminated over USCG telecommunications facilities. • Transmission of selected sea ice products by the NOAA/NWS in support of the USCG ice patrol mission. • Exploring and coordinating common efforts benefiting the missions of both organizations (e.g., proposing/supporting joint budget initiatives and developing/supporting unified positions at National and International forums).
INTERAGENCY COORDINATION. For Engagements involving multiple interrelated Decisions referenced in section 8.1(a), a designated Provincial Agency Representative will coordinate communications and act as lead Representative when the Engagement Process involves more than one Provincial Agency.
INTERAGENCY COORDINATION. After receiving notice of the Applicant’s desire to address natural resource damages, the Natural Resources Trustees may perform a pre-assessment screen for injury to, destruction of, or loss of natural resources. The Applicant expressly agrees to reimburse IDEM for any and all costs incurred by either IDEM or the Indiana Department of Natural Resources in performing the pre-assessment screen. The Applicant will perform the assessment of damages based on the pre-assessment screen. This Agreement and the Covenant Not to ▇▇▇ issued hereunder do not alter the liability of the Applicant or any other person to the federal government for claim of natural resource damages under any federal law.

In the exercise of the function conferred on the Secretary of State by Section 1 of this Order, the Secretary of State shall consult with the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, the Secretary of Defense, the Director of the United States Arms Control and Disarmament Agency, the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs, and the heads of other Executive agencies as appropriate.

We acknowledge that sharing information is a vital for making informed decisions about the protection, safety, and well- being of the children and youth. The lack of information sharing has been frequently cited as a core problem contributing to the death or serious injury of children under agency supervision. The parties agree that in situations of disclosure, relevant information can and will be shared with the involved parties. Therefore, we agree that during the immediate investigation and then when consents are in place, information will be shared between parties. Confidentiality and protection of personal information outside of disclosure, investigation and situations of imminent risk will be upheld and adhered to. Nunavut’s CFSA authorizes healthcare providers, school staff and other service providers to disclose information about children and their families to assist in the course of child protection investigations, or for the provision of care (including medical care) counseling or education to the child. A CSSW may share information to support a child’s best interests, including: • The fact that the child has been taken into care. • Any change of the child’s address or legal Guardian information. • The name and physical description of any person who is prohibited to be in contact with the child; and • Notification when a child will be absent from school or a medical appointment or when the child is being relocated. Special care is required when responding to requests to disclose Medical or Education Records in the aftermath of an abuse allegation. • The Access to Information and Privacy Act (Nunavut) allows GN agency records to be disclosed for investigation purposes, upon written request to a Child Protection Worker, GN Legal Counsel, or an RCMP officer. • Otherwise, medical and school records are protected by the Access to Information and Privacy Act (Nunavut) and other program statutes. Where required, the CSSW will request a consent to release/receive information be signed before disclosing or accepting outside information. Consent to receive or release information is not required for referrals that fall under a duty to report, such as child protection matters. To ensure the best course of action is taken in every case, there will be mutual sharing of all relevant information by agencies, third parties and professionals involved in the investigation process.

The vocational rehabilitation program and other appropriate agencies, will ensure that an interagency agreement or other mechanism for interagency coordination takes effect between the designated State vocational rehabilitation unit and any appropriate public entity, including the State entity responsible for administering the State Medicaid program.
