INVOLVED PARTIES. This Cooperative Agreement, between Registered Professional Foresters ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ (Cooperator), is intended to promote good land stewardship by assisting the Cooperator in carrying out actions to benefit northern spotted owl (Strix occidentalis caurina) on land owned by the Cooperator. Participation in this Cooperative Agreement is a prerequisite for obtaining a Certificate of Inclusion [reference attachment to this Cooperative Agreement] from the Service as part of the agreement between the Service and ▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ titled, Programmatic Safe Harbor Agreement with ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for Northern Spotted Owl, Mendocino County, California (Blencowe SHA). Safe Harbor Agreements do not release landowners from the responsibility to avoid taking any listed species that already occupy portions of the property.
INVOLVED PARTIES. The following state agencies are committed to work cooperatively to conserve the roundtail chub, bluehead sucker, and flannelmouth sucker throughout their respective ranges, and have further determined that a consistent approach, as described in this Agreement, is most efficient for conserving the three species. The state agencies signatory to this document are: Coordinated participation by state wildlife agencies helps institutionalize range-wide conservation of the three fish species, but federal and tribal partners are being encouraged to participate, as well. The participation of all resource managers in the areas where these species are found is important for the long-term survival of the three species. Some language in this Agreement has been included in anticipation of eventual federal and tribal participation. Any edits proposed by potential conservation partners that will allow them to sign this Agreement and participate in conservation actions will be carefully considered and will only be incorporated with the consensus of the existing signatories. This Agreement may be amended at any time to include additional signatories. An entity requesting inclusion as a signatory shall submit its request to the Council in the form of a document defining its proposed responsibilities pursuant to this Agreement.

INVOLVED PARTIES. A suitable BEM representative will be appointed for implementing back-to-work employee management. The BEM representative should possess the required experience or has to be qualified accordingly. The BEM representative should usually be a member of the organization. As a rule, no more than 4 individuals should participate in a BEM session. In individual cases, additional partners can be considered for promoting the BEM objectives. In addition to the BEM representative, the following individuals can participate in the BEM session with the employee’s consent:  direct supervisorOccupational Health contractor  Safety Specialist  representative from a health/accident/retirement insurance carrier  Labor Agency  Integration Office  representative from a professional/educational institution.
INVOLVED PARTIES. Involved Parties are agencies and organizations with interests in the conservation of RGC and RGS. Involved Parties may be added to this Agreement by addenda at any time with unanimous consent of the Signatories. The following groups are committed to work cooperatively to conserve RGC and RGS throughout their respective ranges, and have further determined that a consistent approach, as described in this Agreement, is most efficient for conserving both species. The Involved Parties as described below comprise voting and non-voting members of the Conservation Team (Team). The Team may also include technical and legal advisors and other members as deemed necessary by the Signatories.
