Resources Division Clause Samples
The Resources Division clause outlines how resources, such as personnel, equipment, or materials, are allocated and distributed between the parties involved in an agreement. Typically, this clause specifies which party is responsible for providing certain resources, the manner in which these resources will be shared or accessed, and any limitations or obligations related to their use. Resources Division. During the month of October, in each of the succeeding years of 12 this agreement, the District will accept reclassification review forms. A bargaining unit 13 member or his/her supervisor may petition for a review of a position classification 14 through the submission of a “Request for Reclassification Review” to the Human 15 Resources Division no later than the last working day in October. The Human 16 Resources Division will immediately forward the requests and any supporting 17 documentation to the Reclassification Review Committee for evaluation. Resources Division. This was done originally in 2000 and used as a pilot program through 2002. Since 2003, 9 the PA system has been incorporated by reference into the CBA. All letters of warning, reprimand, recommendation and commendation and performance appraisals shall be removed from the personnel files according to State record retention laws. All other materials shall be retained according to State record retention laws.
Resources Division. If a unit member has a worker compensation light duty order 15 from a doctor, the ten (10) calendar day notice required for a change of hours may be 16 waived and the unit member may be reassigned by the supervisor to duties and time that 17 meet the orders of the doctor.
18 9.3 Yearly Calendar - The setting of the yearly calendar is a management right. The 19 District has primary responsibility in developing a yearly calendar. CSEA shall have three 20 (3) representatives on the District Calendar Committee.
