Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. The Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities (“ICIF”) include all of the facilities between the Interconnection Customer’s side of the PCO and the Small Generating Facility, except the Connecting Transmission Owner-owned revenue metering and remote terminal unit (“RTU”) described in Section C below.
