The Interdependence clause establishes that the obligations and rights of the parties under a contract are mutually dependent on each other. Interdependence. (a) Notwithstanding any provision of a Linked Transaction Agreement but subject to clause 4 of the Co-ordination Agreement, the obligations of the parties to the Linked Transaction Agreements in respect of completion (as defined in each Linked Transaction Agreement) are interdependent.
(b) Subject to clause 4 of the Co-ordination Agreement, all actions at Completion under this agreement and completion under each other Linked Transaction Agreement will be deemed to take place simultaneously and no delivery or payment will be deemed to have been made until all deliveries and payments under the Linked Transaction Agreements due to be made at or immediately after completion (as defined in each Linked Transaction Agreement) have been made.
(c) A breach of this agreement by any party to this agreement is deemed to constitute a breach by the defaulting party of each Linked Transaction Agreement to which the defaulting party is a party.
