Interruption of Vacation. A bargaining unit member shall be permitted to interrupt or terminate vacation leave in order to begin bereavement leave, jury duty, illness or injury leave, personal necessity leave, or other paid leave as provided by this Agreement without a return to active service, provided the unit member provides to the District adequate notice and relevant supporting information regarding the basis for such interruption or termination.
