ISO Certifications Sample Clauses

The ISO Certifications clause requires one or both parties to maintain specific certifications issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) relevant to the contract's subject matter. Typically, this means a supplier must hold certifications such as ISO 9001 for quality management or ISO 27001 for information security, and may need to provide proof of current certification upon request. This clause ensures that the parties adhere to recognized international standards, thereby promoting quality, consistency, and trust in the goods or services provided.
