Juniors. 16.1 The minimum wages to be paid to a junior Employees are the following percentages of the Base Rate of pay for ordinary hours worked for the relevant classification: Age % of relevant Base Hourly Rate Up to and including 18 years of age 70 19 years of age 80 20 years of age 100
16.2 Where a junior Employee is aged 18 years or more and is required to drive and be in sole charge of a motor vehicle, they will be paid the adult rate assigned to the class of driving work that they are required to perform.
Juniors. A junior employee is an employee under the age of twenty-one. Nothing under this Agreement shall prevent the Employer from engaging junior employees for any purpose. The minimum wage for a junior employee shall be: Percentage of adult rate prescribed in Schedule 1 % Under 16 years of age 45 16 and under 17 years of age 50 17 and under 18 years of age 55 18 and under 19 years of age 65 19 and under 20 years of age 75 20 and under 21 years of age 85
Juniors. This clause does not apply to Dental Assistants employed by DHSV
Juniors. A Junior Employee shall be paid the following percentages of the adult rates set out in this Agreement:
16.7.1 Under 19 years 70% 16.7.2 19 years and under 20 years 80%
Juniors. 5 to 7 years of age – Can ride as a passenger but must stay on golf cart. 8 to 15 years of age – Can golf and ride as passenger
Juniors. The minimum rate to be paid to junior employees is as follows:
(a) Under 19 years of age: 70% of the base wage payable to an adult for the class of work performed in the area in which it is performed as provided by clause 4.1.
(b) 19 years and under 20 years of age: 80% of the base wage payable to an adult for the class of work performed in the area in which it is performed as provided by clause 4.1.
(c) 20 years of age: the full rate payable to an adult employee for the class of work performed in the area in which it is performed as provided by clause 4.1.

Juniors. Junior employees, who perform duties other than those expected of an adult, shall be paid the following percentages of the rate for that grade of employee:
(a) Juniors Under 18 70%
Juniors. Junior" shall mean an employee less than 20 years of age other than an apprentice or a trainee receiving a proportion of the adult rate (as per Level 1) as set out in accordance with the following: under 16 years 40% At 16 years 50% At 17 years 60% At 18 years 70% At 19 years 80%
Juniors. 28.1 The minimum rate of wages for junior employees shall be the undermentioned percentages of the rates prescribed for the appropriate classification for the work performed by the junior employee. 17 years and under 70% 18 years 80% 19 years 90% 20 years and over 100%
28.2 To determine the correct rate of pay applicable to the employee, the employer may request proof of age from the employee. If the employee demonstrates the equivalent adult competency then the employer may pay a junior employee the adult rate regardless of the above. Junior employees may be employed in any aspect of the employer’s operation.
