Late Entries. A Member not electing to enter a program upon its implementation or within 120 days thereafter pursuant to Section 10 above, or which becomes a party to the Agreement following implementation of the program, may petition the Executive Committee for late entry into the program.
Late Entries. Subject always to Article 15.3 below, following the close of the Entry Period la t e challenges fo r A C 3 5 may be accepted at the discretion of GGYC upon such terms as it may determine, to include at least each of the documents and fees prescribed in Article 16 plus any late fee and/or other terms required by GGYC.
Late Entries. If a learner misses the final examination entry deadline and wishes to make a late entry the learner will be required to pay a £15 centre administration fee and the awarding body late fee.
Late Entries. No student eighteen (18) years of age or older may enroll after the first ten (10) days of a semester and still receive credit for course work unless they have been enrolled in another school. (This does not include special education students whose services may continue uninterrupted until the age of twenty-one (21). Students under the age of eighteen (18) by law must be enrolled in a public or private school. Credit will not be granted for the grading period involved if more than ten (10) days have elapsed during the grading period unless they have been enrolled in another school. If a student under the age of eighteen (18) has not been enrolled in another school the student’s name will be referred to the Division of Child and Family.
Late Entries. When a medical record entry was missed or not entered into the medical record in a timely manner, a late entry should be used to record the information in the medical record. Such late entry shall:  Identify the new entry as a "late entry";  Contain the current date and time, so as not to give the impression that the entry was made on an earlier date or an earlier time;  Identify or refer to the date and time (if known) of the incident for which the late entry is written;  If used to document an omission, validate the source of additional information as much as possible (for example: use of supporting documentation on other Medical Center worksheets or forms);  Be recorded as soon as possible.

  • Limit on Rate of Interest (a) No Payment shall exceed Lawful Rate. Notwithstanding any other term of this Agreement, the Borrower shall not be obliged to pay any interest or other amounts under or in connection with this Agreement in excess of the amount or rate permitted under or consistent with any applicable law, rule or regulation.

  • Rates Applicable After Default Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Section 2.9 or 2.10, during the continuance of a Default or Unmatured Default the Required Lenders may, at their option, by notice to the Borrower (which notice may be revoked at the option of the Required Lenders notwithstanding any provision of Section 8.2 requiring consent of affected Lenders to changes in interest rates), declare that no Advance may be made as, converted into or continued as a LIBOR Rate Advance. During the continuance of a Default the Required Lenders may, at their option, by notice to the Borrower (which notice may be revoked at the option of the Required Lenders notwithstanding any provision of Section 8.2 requiring consent of affected Lenders to changes in interest rates), declare that (i) each LIBOR Rate Advance shall bear interest for the remainder of the applicable Interest Period at the LIBOR Rate otherwise applicable to such LIBOR Rate Advance for such Interest Period plus 4% per annum and (ii) each Floating Rate Advance shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the Floating Rate otherwise applicable to the Floating Rate Advance plus 4% per annum; provided, however, that the Default Rate shall become applicable automatically if a Default occurs under Section 7.1 or 7.2, unless waived by the Required Lenders.

  • Rate True-Up 29.1 This section applies to Network Interconnection and/or Unbundled Network Elements and Other Services rates that are expressly subject to true-up under this Agreement. 29.2 The designated true-up rates shall be trued-up, either up or down, based on final prices determined either by further agreement between the Parties, or by a final order (including any appeals) of the Commission. The Parties shall implement the true-up by comparing the actual volumes and demand for each item, together with the designated true-up rates for each item, with the final prices determined for each item. Each Party shall keep its own records upon which the true-up can be based, and any final payment from one Party to the other shall be in an amount agreed upon by the Parties based on such records. In the event of any disagreement as between the records or the Parties regarding the amount of such true-up, the Parties shall submit the matter to the Dispute Resolution process in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. 29.3 An effective order of the Commission that forms the basis of a true-up shall be based upon cost studies submitted by either or both Parties to the Commission and shall be binding upon AT&T and Covad specifically or upon all carriers generally, such as a generic cost proceeding.

  • Rental Value Lessor shall also obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease a policy or policies in the name of Lessor, with loss payable to Lessor and any Lender(s), insuring the loss of the full rental and other charges payable by all lessees of the Building to Lessor for one year (including all Real Property Taxes, insurance costs, all Common Area Operating Expenses and any scheduled rental increases). Said insurance may provide that in the event the Lease is terminated by reason of an insured loss, the period of indemnity for such coverage shall be extended beyond the date of the completion of repairs or replacement of the Premises, to provide for one full year's loss of rental revenues from the date of any such loss. Said insurance shall contain an agreed valuation provision in lieu of any co-insurance clause, and the amount of coverage shall be adjusted annually to reflect the projected rental income, Real Property Taxes, insurance premium costs and other expenses, if any, otherwise payable, for the next 12-month period. Common Area Operating Expenses shall include any deductible amount in the event of such loss.

  • Normal rate of interest Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the rate of interest on the Loan in respect of an Interest Period shall be the aggregate of the Margin and LIBOR for that Interest Period.
