Lead Apron Allowance. An employee required to wear a lead apron for more than four or more hours continuously (excluding breaks of up to 5 minutes) on any shift will be paid an allowance of $7.50 per shift that they are required to wear the apron.

Lead Apron Allowance. An employee A Lead Apron Allowance of $8.00 per shift will be paid to Employees who are required to wear a Lead Apron. The Employer will manage work practices to ensure that wherever practicable, Employees will not wear lead apron aprons for more than four or more hours continuously (excluding breaks of up to 5 minutes) on any shift will be paid an allowance of $7.50 per shift that they are required to wear the apronone hour without a ten minute break.
