Lessor Approval Sample Clauses
The Lessor Approval clause establishes that certain actions or decisions by the lessee require the prior consent of the lessor. In practice, this may apply to modifications to the leased property, subleasing to another party, or making significant changes to the use of the premises. By requiring lessor approval, the clause ensures the lessor maintains control over key aspects of the lease and protects their interests, preventing unauthorized changes or uses that could affect the property's value or compliance with regulations.
