Common use of Level Three Clause in Contracts

Level Three. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level Two, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) working days, he/she may appeal the grievance to the Superintendent. Within five (5) working days after receipt of the grievance, the Superintendent shall meet with the aggrieved person and CSEA representatives in an effort to resolve it. The decision shall be final.
