LICENSE AND SERVICE FEES Clause Samples

The LICENSE AND SERVICE FEES clause defines the financial obligations related to licensing rights and service provisions under the agreement. It typically outlines the specific fees the licensee must pay for the use of intellectual property, software, or services, and may detail payment schedules, methods, and any applicable taxes. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the costs involved, helping to prevent disputes over payments and clarifying the terms of compensation for the licensor or service provider.
