Limits of Coverage Sample Clauses
The "Limits of Coverage" clause defines the maximum amount an insurer will pay for claims under an insurance policy. It typically specifies both per-claim and aggregate limits, meaning there is a cap on the payout for each individual claim as well as a total cap for all claims during the policy period. This clause ensures that both the insurer and the insured are aware of the financial boundaries of the coverage, helping to manage risk and prevent disputes over the extent of the insurer’s liability.
