Local Conditions. 11.3.1 It will be imperative on Solar Pumpset Supplier to have full information of all local conditions and factors which may have any effect on the execution of the works. The Solar Pumpset Supplier shall be deemed to have collected all the relevant information regarding the proposed place of works/ site (bore well, open well etc.), its local environment, approach road and connectivity etc. and be well acquainted with actual working and other prevailing conditions.

The Contractor represents that it has taken steps reasonably necessary to ascertain the nature and location of the Work, and that it has investigated and satisfied itself as to the general and local conditions which can affect the Project, the Job Site and/or the performance of the Work, including but not limited to (a) existing and Project conditions bearing upon transportation, disposal, handling, and storage of materials and Components; (b) the availability of labour, water, electric power, Utilities and roads; (c) uncertainties of weather, noise limitations or similar conditions at the Job Site; (d) the adequacy and limitations of the Job Site for lay-down, storage and operations; (e) the character of construction equipment and construction facilities needed prior to and during the performance of the Work; and (f) all Job Site dimensions and all measurements relevant to the Work and the Job Site. The Owner acknowledges that the Contractor has assumed no risk or liability for Pre-Existing Hazardous Substances which are encountered at the Job Site subject always to the provisions of Article 25.
Local Conditions. 3.1 Players may be granted, by their club of origin, permission to play TEN permits in the nominated football league home and away season and inclusive of finals. Only FOUR players are allowed to play on permit in any specific age group. (Refer to 3.3)
3.1.1 If a team has a least 1 permit player, they shall not be allowed to have more than 20 players on the team sheet.
3.1.2 Permits shall not be issued to any player after 30th June unless they have played on an eligible permit with that team prior to the 30th June.
3.1.3 Players that have been granted a permit from their club of origin to play may only play ONE GAME on the DAY with the club they have been granted a permit to play with in any of the AFL Riverina competitions or the ▇▇▇▇ Football Netball League competition.
3.1.4 The players club of origin must be notified and must give permission to the player/s to play in any of the AFL Riverina competitions or ▇▇▇▇ Football League competition under this agreement. It is the responsibility of both the player/s and parent/s or guardian/s to ensure permission is granted from the club of origin.
3.2 The movement of players under this agreement shall be to the RIVERINA FOOTBALL NETBALL LEAGUE and/or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ FOOTBALL NETBALL LEAGUE, SOUTH WEST JUNIOR FOOTBALL NETBALL LEAGUE and/or the WAGGA & DISTRICT JUNIOR FOOTBALL LEAGUE to the ▇▇▇▇ FOOTBALL LEAGUE or from the ▇▇▇▇ FOOTBALL LEAGUE to the RIVERINA FOOTBALL NETBALL LEAGUE, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ FOOTBALL NETBALL LEAGUE, SOUTH WEST FOOTBALL NETBALL LEAGUE and WAGGA & DISTRICT JUNIOR FOOTBALL LEAGUE.
3.3 Each team is only permitted to play a maximum of FOUR permit players in any one match.
3.4 Eligibility to qualify for finals must be relevant to the number of games stipulated in the By-Laws of each of the leagues that are entering into this Interchange Agreement to allow the player/s concerned to play finals.

Local Conditions. 7.1 It will be imperative on each Bidder to fully inform himself of all local conditions and factors, which may have any effect on the execution of the Contract covered under these documents and specifications. The Owner shall not entertain any request for clarifications from the Bidders, regarding such local conditions.
7.2 It must be understood and agreed that such factors have properly been investigated and considered while submitting the proposals. No claim for financial adjustment to the Contract awarded under these specifications and documents will be entertained by the Owner. Neither any change in the time schedule of the Contract nor any financial adjustments arising thereof shall be permitted by the Owner, which are based on the lack of such clear information or its effect on the cost of the Works, to the Contractor.
Local Conditions. 3.1 The permit of all players under this By-Law must be approved by the Football Operations Manager of both Leagues (through approval on SportsTG).
3.2 A Senior player is only permitted to play with one club on any weekend or round. Junior players playing in under age competitions only (Under 17’s or below) are exempt from this condition.
3.3 A player may only be granted a permit to one (1) AFL Sapphire Coast / AFL South Coast Club per season.
3.4 Clubs are only able to have a maximum of two (2) permit players per round.
3.5 Permission may be granted for more than two (2) players to permit per round under exceptional circumstances. The approval process is at the discretion of the League the player(s) will be permitting to. Noting, clubs are to exhaust all options locally first (for example: from underage players) before requesting such exemption.
3.6 Permits are only eligible whilst both leagues are still playing home and away matches (for clarity, if one league has commenced finals and the other is still playing home and away matches, permits are not allowable).
3.7 In the event of a full round bye or an individual team bye in the AFL Sapphire Coast or AFL South Coast competition, no new permits will be issued for players to play in the other league for the bye round unless approved by both leagues under exceptional circumstances.
3.8 Games played on permit do not count towards finals eligibility with either club unless the player is permanently transferred to the interchange club.
Local Conditions. Players will be permitted to play on permit with another club even if the players club is having a Bye on that day or weekend.
