Number of Games a. All associate players may associate to a team at any time, to a maximum of ten (10) games. However, if the player’s registered team completes its regular season and playoffs before the player’s associated team, the player may thereafter associate an unlimited number of times. For goaltender exceptions see Hockey Canada Regulations B. 42, E. 36(b). b. Exhibition games and/or exhibition tournament games are excluded from the number of games referred to in (a). c. A suspended player, whose team has been eliminated from further competition for the year, may serve his suspension with his associate team provided he has played a minimum of 1 game as an associate. A player who receives a suspension with his associate team, and that team is subsequently eliminated from further competition for the year before the full suspension has been served, may complete his suspension with his own team. If a player is suspended with his associate team, the player must serve the suspension with the associate team. If a game counts toward the serving of a suspension, then it in effect counts as a game played, towards the maximum 10 permitted.
Number of Games. It is agreed that during each year throughout the term of this Agreement, each of the Member Clubs in the C.F.L. shall play no more than eighteen (18) regular season games. It is agreed that during each year throughout the term of this Agreement, each of the Member Clubs in the C.F.L. shall play no more than two (2) pre-season games. It is mutually agreed that during the term of this Agreement, the format and number of playoff games used by the C.F.L., the Western Football Division and the Eastern Football Division shall be as follows: (a) In each of the Eastern Division and Western Division, in a divisional playoff involving three Member Clubs, the third place Member Club shall play a single game at the home of the second place Member Club with the winner playing the divisional championship game at the home of the first place Member Club; provided however, that the C.F.L. and the Member Clubs may elect prior to the commencement of the regular season that the format and number of play-off games used by the C.F.L., Western Football Division and the Eastern Football Division shall be one of the following alternatives: i. In the event that the fourth place Member Club in one Division (herein referred to as Division 1) has a better point standing at the conclusion of the regular season than the third place Member Club in the other Division (herein referred to as Division 2), the fourth place Member Club in Division 1 shall play a single game at the home of the second place Member Club in Division 2 with the winner playing the divisional championship game at the home of the first place Member Club in Division 2. In Division 1 there shall be a divisional playoff involving three Member Clubs; the third place Member Club shall play a single game at the home of the second place Member Club and the winner playing the divisional championship game at the home of the first place Member Club. ii. In the C.F.L. standings the sixth place Member Club shall play a single game at the home of the third place Member Club with the winner playing the semi-final championship game at the home of the second place Member Club, and the fifth place Member Club shall play a single game at the home of the fourth place Member Club with the winner playing the semi-final championship game at the home of the first place Member Club. Number of Games. From the beginning of the Regular Season through December 23, each Team may not play more than: (i) Greater of (a) thirty six (36) Regular Season games or (b) up to the number of games required for each Team to play every other Team twice per season; provided that, the schedule footprint and available dates allow the reasonable accommodation of such games. MLS acknowledges that once the League expands to twenty-two (22) Teams, the current footprint would require MLS to make a reasonable accommodation in order to achieve a balanced (home and home) schedule; (ii) Six (6) Post-Season games including MLS Cup; provided that MLS has the discretion to divide Regular Season and Post-Season games in its discretion within the set overall number of Regular Season games and Post-Season games; (iii) Five (5) exhibition games/Non-Compulsory Tournament games; (iv) All FIFA/CONCACAF/US Soccer/CSA/Compulsory Tournaments as well as any qualifying tournaments or play-in games (e.g., Copa Libertadores, U.S. Open Cup, Canadian Championship, CCL); (v) One (1) additional League-run tournament; and (vi) Newly-created US-Mexico Champions Cup (MLS will consult with the Union on the timing and other Player-related issues for such match). MLS will not schedule Players for four (4) games in any seven (7) day period unless such schedule is reasonably unavoidable. No Team may play a game within thirty-six (36) hours after the end of a prior game unless such schedule is reasonably unavoidable, in which case no Player shall play in both such games. For avoidance of doubt, national team duty (including the senior and youth national teams or Olympic teams of any nation) shall not count toward the limitation but may be otherwise subject to the limitations set forth in Section 8.3. There is no limitation on the number of games played between the Pre-Season Training Camp Start Date and the start of the Regular Season.
Number of Games. The WNBA shall have the discretion to increase or decrease the number of games to be played by Teams during the pre­season, Regular Season, and/or the playoffs, provided, however, that: (i) the number of pre­season games in any Season covered by this Agreement shall not exceed four (4) per Team; (ii) the number of Regular Season games in any Season covered by this Agreement shall not exceed thirty­eight (38) per Team; and (iii) in any Season of this Agreement, if the maximum number of possible playoff games increases over the maximum number of possible playoff games in the immediately preceding Season, the merit bonuses related to playoff achievement of a Team set forth in Article IX hereof shall be increased by five (5) percent.
Number of Games. The Team” plays a 40 to 42 game regular season schedule, depending on the number of teams in the league, with half of the games (20 or 21) to be played at home. On or about the 1st of November of each year, the City agrees to provide “The Team” with between 30 dates between, on or about June 6 and July 31, of the following year that would be acceptable for regular season play. “The Team” will put its schedule together during the month of December utilizing either 21 of the dates provided with the remainder being turned back into the City. Under the present format, four NECBL teams make the playoffs each season with there being the possibility of two best-of-three rounds played on a home and home basis. In the event the team referred to herein makes the playoffs, the City agrees to make its best efforts to accommodate a brief playoff schedule utilizing the same Fee Payment outlined in #3 above. The actual date and time of the games shall be scheduled with the Bureau of Recreation & Public Property.
Number of Games. The League shall have the right to unilaterally increase or decrease the number of regular season and playoff games without any further bargaining obligations, provided that unless the League and Union agree otherwise, each Team shall not play more than sixteen (16) regular season games and no more than two (2) regular season bye weeks and one (1) post-season Arena Bowl Extra Practice bye week. If the AFL determines that additional bye weeks are needed, the Players shall be paid as if a game occurred during each additional bye week. The AFL will not schedule Players for two (2) games in any five-day (5) period unless scheduling or playoff date conflicts make such separation impractical. No Team shall hold more than a combined total of two (2) pre-season games or inter-squad scrimmages in any one season. During a pre-season scrimmage no more than 75 offensive plays per team shall be run for a total of 150 plays per pre-season scrimmage. Pre-season games shall not be longer than regular season games and will utilize the same overtime procedure as used for 2018 regular season games.

  • Number of Units The Participant is granted the number of RSUs as specified in the Participant’s account under the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ grant, administered by Fidelity Investments or any successor thereto (“Fidelity”). A RSU is a hypothetical share of Verizon’s common stock. The value of a RSU on any given date shall be equal to the closing price of Verizon’s common stock on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) as of such date. A Dividend Equivalent Unit (“DEU”) or fraction thereof shall be added to each RSU each time that a dividend is paid on Verizon’s common stock. The amount of each DEU shall be equal to the corresponding dividend paid on a share of Verizon’s common stock. The DEU shall be converted into RSUs or fractions thereof based upon the closing price of Verizon’s common stock traded on the NYSE on the dividend payment date of each declared dividend on Verizon’s common stock, and such RSUs or fractions thereof shall be added to the Participant’s RSU balance. To the extent that Fidelity or the Company makes an error, including but not limited to an administrative error with respect to the number or value of the RSUs granted to the Participant under this Agreement, the DEUs credited to the Participant’s account or the amount of the final award payment, the Company or Fidelity specifically reserves the right to correct such error at any time and the Participant agrees that he or she shall be legally bound by any corrective action taken by the Company or Fidelity.

  • Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number Requirement Grantee will provide their valid DUNS number contemporaneous with execution of this Agreement.
