The Local Levy clause establishes the responsibility for paying any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by local authorities in connection with the contract or project. Local Levy. The Board agrees to deduct from each pay cheque a local levy. ARTICLE HUMAN RESOURCES FILE An employee and/or designate shall have access during normal business hours to human resources file at the Board Office. The employee must give written permission to the Board that allows a designate access to the file. The may copy any material contained in these files. Requests to view files must be arranged in advance. If an employee disputes the accuracy or completeness of material in the human resources file, the Board shall, within days from receipt of a written request by the employee stating the alleged inaccuracy, either confirm or amend the information. In any event, the employee shall be at liberty to contest the accuracy of completeness of such information and have the same recorded in his or her file. When the Board amends information under above, the Board shall, at the request of the employee, notify within school days all persons who received a report based on the inaccurate information. An employee may request and the Board shall consider removal of documents from the employee’s file.
Local Levy. Each Participating School District shall take such action as is necessary to assure approval of the Participating School District’s share of all appropriate levies as per state law relating to intermediate school districts.
