Common use of Local Representatives Clause in Contracts

Local Representatives. 30.01 The Local shall notify the Board in writing of the names of the persons elected to office in the Local and of persons authorized by the Local to represent Teachers in a particular school or workplace on behalf of the Local (Workplace ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇). 30.02 The Board shall provide the Workplace ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ access to a bulletin board in each workplace for the posting of Local or Local business and information for the Local membership.
