Lost or Stolen Access Devices. 3.23.5.1 The Physical Collocator shall immediately notify AT&T-21STATE in writing when any of its Access Devices have been lost or stolen. Account Holder should implement security procedures to prevent anyone from improperly using any Supervisor’s or Operator’s BB Internet Banking user ID and password. It is recommended that Account Holder implement security procedures which prevent Supervisors and Operators from keeping their passwords on their personal computer or any computer materials, or any other access device (collectively, “User Access Device”). Prompt notification is crucial in preventing unauthorized access to the Account Holder’s Account and possible loss of funds (including the Account Holder’s maximum overdraft line of credit). Call the Branch at the number provided in Section L of this Article of the Agreement and speak with a Branch employee.

  • Data Access Services State Street agrees to make available to the Fund the Data Access Services subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and such data access operating standards and procedures as may be issued by State Street from time to time. The Fund shall be able to access the System to (i) originate electronic instructions to State Street in order to (a) effect the transfer or movement of cash or securities held under custody by State Street or (b) transmit accounting or other information (the transactions described in (i)(a) and (i)(b) above are referred to herein as “Client Originated Electronic Financial Instructions”), and (ii) access data for the purpose of reporting and analysis, which shall all be deemed to be Data Access Services for purposes of this Addendum.
