Maintain Floors. All hard surface floors shall receive floor maintenance. Floor maintenance includes sweeping, dust mopping, damp mopping, wet mopping, dry buffing, spray buffing, stripping, scrubbing, sealing, and waxing as required to achieve the stated results below. After receiving floor maintenance, the entire floor shall have a uniform coating of nonskid floor finish, have a uniform glossy appearance and be free of scuff marks, heel marks and other stains and discoloration. All floor maintenance solutions shall be removed from baseboards, furniture, trash receptacles, etc. Chairs, trash receptacles and easily moveable items shall be moved to maintain the floors. All moved items shall be returned to their proper positions when all floor maintenance operations have been completed. Wax is to be applied only to floor surfaces that have been cleaned.
Maintain Floors. All floors, except carpeted areas, shall be swept, dust mopped, damp mopped, and wet mopped to ensure the floors are free from dirt, debris, dust, scuff marks, heel marks, other stains and discoloration, and other foreign matter. Baseboards, corners, and wall/floor edges shall also be cleaned. All floor maintenance solutions shall be removed from baseboards, furniture, kitchen appliances, and trash receptacles. Chairs, trash receptacles, rugs, chair mats, and all other items shall be moved to maintain floors underneath these items. All moved items shall be returned to their original and proper position. Daily cleaning of floors shall be performed under the manufacturer’s recommendation for the type of floor material applied (polished concrete, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), etc.).

  • Window Coverings No curtains, draperies, blinds, shutters, shades, awnings, screens or other coverings, window ventilators, hangings, decorations or similar equipment shall be attached to, hung or placed in, or used in or with any window of the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord, and Landlord shall have the right to control all lighting within the Premises that may be visible from the exterior of the Building.

  • Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Repair The NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Small Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System. The NYISO or the Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.
