Common use of Make Up Hours Clause in Contracts

Make Up Hours. In circumstances where a Full Time Employee is unable to work the regular Work Cycle due to numbers of people on board the Offshore Facility or as provided for elsewhere in this Agreement (i.e. stand down, personal leave, missed flights), the Company may reschedule missed rostered hours as ‘make-up hours’ in the following 18 week period inclusive of the current Work Cycle.
