Managed Firewall Services. 11.1 Managed Firewall Services—whether Basic, Advanced, and/or optional add-on services—are subject to the Managed Firewall Terms and Conditions found at http:// ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/ and the Agreement (as defined in the Service Order applicable to this service).

Managed Firewall Services. The following terms pertain specifically to Managed Firewall Services supplied by Rogers to you.
Managed Firewall Services. SunGard shall provide Managed Firewall Services for the number of firewalls set forth in the Schedule and one (1) Virtual Private Network (VPN) tunnel for each firewall. Managed Firewall Services include: (i) Equipment Management Services (as defined herein); (ii) Standard Monitoring Services (as defined herein); (iii) firewall configuration based on Customers written specifications; (iv) resolution of firewall problems; (v) Hardware Installation Services; and (vi) firewall log reports available to Customer at SunGard’s website at http.//▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. If Customer subscribes to dual firewalls per device (i.e. router, server etc.), SunGard shall provide dual firewall devices configured to provide redundancy should one of the firewalls fail to operate.

Managed Firewall Services. Service Provider’s responsibilities include: 1. Configure and maintain the firewall infrastructure for efficient operation. 2. Maintain the Change Management process approved by DIR for the updating of firewall rules and objects, and obtain proper approvals prior to any revision. 3. Manage and update the firewall rules and objects as required. 4. Respond to incidents and problems with Firewall Services as required. 5. Continuously monitor firewalls, and report any alerts or events to DIR or affected DIR Customers immediately, in accordance with DIR’s escalation and reporting procedures.

Related to Managed Firewall Services

  • Managed Services HP will provide the services as described in a Statement of Work (“SOW”) attached to this Agreement or incorporating it by reference. Each party will appoint a single point of contact as set forth in the SOW who will serve as their primary representative, have overall responsibility for managing performance, and meet with the other party’s representative to review progress. Change requests are governed by the change management procedures as set forth in the SOW.

  • Hosting Services NCR Voyix shall furnish facilities, equipment, computer programs and services, as specified from time to time by NCR Voyix, that NCR Voyix deems necessary for operation and maintenance of the System (collectively, the “Hosting Services”).

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

Parents and guardians must assume a responsibility for maintaining this partnership by supporting the school in the provision of education to their children within the scope of School's registration and furthering the spiritual and academic life of their children.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.
