(b) As of the Initiation Date, the remote access dialer Software will support the following operating environments:

Remote Access Services. Each of the Customer and the Custodian agree to be bound by the terms of the Remote Access Services Addendum attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Customer acknowledges that the data and information it will be accessing from the Custodian is unaudited and may not be accurate due to inaccurate pricing of securities, delays of a day or more in updating the relevant account and other causes for which the Custodian will not be liable to the Customer.
Remote Access Services. Upon the Service Tower Commencement Date, Vendor will support ACI’s current environment which provides for ACI employees to remotely access (non-direct wired connections) to the ACI corporate network. These remote access services are defined as follows:
1. SSL via multiple network appliance devices [ * ] scattered geographically throughout the network;
2. Secure Broadband connectivity via Third Party vendor services [ * ]; and

Upon completion of the replacement project, Vendor will provide a standardized [ * ] remote access service. This service will provide:
Remote Access Services. Company may, at its sole option, provide as a courtesy, technical support services, which are subject to the following terms and conditions. User accepts all risks associated with any request or authorization by User permitting Company personnel to remotely access and control User’s computer. By requesting and permitting remote access, User acknowledges that User may be providing Company personnel with access to files and data on User’s computer. Before permitting remote access, User agrees to close any confidential or personal files and create a backup of any important files. Company personnel are not expected to make copies or download files or to retain any information accessed from User’s computer. User’s name and contact information provided to facilitate remote access may be logged to process support requests and will be processed in accordance with Company’s then-existing privacy policy.
Remote Access Services. General Requirements
1. Act as a single point of contact for the management of the Remote Access Services.
2. Provide for secure and reliable remote access connectivity into Data Center core networks from other DIR networks, DIR Customer networks, the public Internet and other industry standards-based Third Party Vendor networks.
2.1. Facilitate the maintenance of Applications by DIR Customer development staff.
3. Provide mechanisms to meet multiple agency security and Application requirements.
4. Provide a consistent interface to Data Center core networks.
Remote Access Services. State Street agrees to make available to the Customer the Remote Access Services subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and date or remote access operating standards and procedures as may be issued by State Street from time to time. The ability of the Customer to originate electronic instructions to State Street on behalf of the Customer in order to (i) effect the transfer or movement of cash or securities held under custody by State Street, (ii) transmit accounting or other information (such transactions are referred to herein as "Client Originated Electronic Financial Instructions"), and (iii) access data for the purpose of reporting and analysis, shall be deemed to be Remote Access Services for purposes of this Addendum.
Remote Access Services. The Parties acknowledge that the Remote Access Services letter agreement, dated May 2008, is in full force and effect between the Services Provider and Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company.
Remote Access Services. Unibap shall provide the Customer with remote access to the Unibap® hardware and operating system (the “Remote Access Services”) for the limited testing purposes and time period outlined herein and the Quotation.
