Managed Router Sample Clauses

Managed Router. If Customer purchases Managed Router Services of any type, which may include Managed Router with Advanced Security Services or any other similar product offering (referred to individually and collectively, as “Managed Router Service(s)”), this provision shall apply. To receive Managed Router Services, Customer must purchase, and maintain in place at the Premises, ▇▇▇ Internet Services and/or ▇▇▇ Networking Services at all times during the Term, it being understood that the Managed Router Services cannot operate without such underlying ▇▇▇ Services. The specific ▇▇▇ Internet Service(s) and/or ▇▇▇ Networking Services that are required may vary depending upon the type of Managed Router product purchased, and other determining factors. Any termination or discontinuation of such ▇▇▇ Internet Services and/or ▇▇▇ Networking Services may result in an immediate termination or discontinuation of the Managed Router Services, which may be subject to early termination fees under the Agreement. In connection with the Managed Router Services, Cox (or a third party provider or an affiliate, contractor or subcontractor of same) will install certain equipment, which shall include a router (referred to herein as the “Router”) upon the Premises, which equipment shall be owned by ▇▇▇ and considered part of the ▇▇▇ Equipment. Installation costs and/or nonrecurring charges may apply. Customer will not alter or tamper with the Managed Router Service, the Router or any other ▇▇▇ Equipment unless expressly authorized in writing by ▇▇▇ to do so. As part of the Managed Router Service Customer will be required to maintain passwords for Customer’s end user accounts through Customer’s authentication server to provide for remote access. ▇▇▇ will make available a VPN End User Guide (or other guides) to Customer that outline the use of the Managed Router Service, and Customer agrees not to use the Service in violation of same. Customer agrees to provide (a) ▇▇▇ with the appropriate access to the Premises, including the Router installation location, at an agreed upon time to install and turn up the Router; (b) all LAN equipment to connect to the Router, which include, but is not limited to, switches and servers; (c) ▇▇▇ with the necessary connections from the Router to the Customer LAN (switches, other equipment) to ensure that the Router can adequately support the Customer LAN deployment;
Managed Router. Managed Router Services involve ▇▇▇▇▇▇ managing your router on its behalf. You do not have access to the router. Managed Router Services include: • real-time SNMP monitoring; • daily back-ups of the router configuration for rapid restoration of the hardware; • real-time logging of all router devices to a ▇▇▇▇▇▇ log server; • reporting of router interface traffic in 5 minute intervals and graphing of results in your portal; • reporting of interface errors in 60 minute intervals and graphing of results in your portal; • reporting of CPU and memory usage in 5 minute intervals and graphing in your portal; • performance of router configuration changes as requested by you (2 configuration changes are included per month, after which there is a one-time charge per change, which is currently $50.00, but is subject to change without notification); • OS patching and hotfix; • monitoring of all up-links for up/down status and incident management as required; and • monitoring of bandwidth thresholds and incident management as required.

Related to Managed Router

  • Managed Services HP will provide the services as described in a Statement of Work (“SOW”) attached to this Agreement or incorporating it by reference. Each party will appoint a single point of contact as set forth in the SOW who will serve as their primary representative, have overall responsibility for managing performance, and meet with the other party’s representative to review progress. Change requests are governed by the change management procedures as set forth in the SOW.

  • NON-NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has not entered into a contract with us or any other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plan. For pediatric dental care services, non-network provider is a dentist that has not entered into a contract with us or does not participate in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a non-network provider is a provider that has not entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Network Access During its performance of this Contract, Contractor may be granted access to Purchaser’s computer and telecommunication networks (“Networks”). As a condition of Network use, Contractor shall: (a) use the Networks in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations; (b) use software, protocols, and procedures as directed by Purchaser to access and use the Networks; (c) only access Network locations made available to Contractor by Purchaser; (d) not interfere with or disrupt other users of the Networks;

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.
