Common use of Maximum Hours of Work Clause in Contracts

Maximum Hours of Work. (a) Nurses shall not be required to work more than a total of sixteen (16) hours (inclusive of regular and overtime hours) in a twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at the first (1st) hour the Nurse reports to work, except as set out in Article 7.17
