Meal and Rest Periods. (a) Employees who work a shift of four (4) hours shall receive one (1) uninterrupted fifteen (15) minute rest period with pay. (b) Employees who work a shift of more than four (4) hours but less than six (6) hours shall receive one (1) uninterrupted fifteen (15) minute rest period with pay and an uninterrupted thirty (30) minute unpaid lunch period which shall be taken approximately four (4) hours into the employee’s shift.
