Measure 4. The Charter School will meet all Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP) as demonstrated by external, annual audit reports.
Measure 4. Each year, the Charter School will receive a 3-star rating or higher on the Georgia Department of Education’s School Climate Star Ratings annual report.
Measure 4. In each year of the charter, 100% of parents will volunteer at least sixteen (16) hours per year.

Measure 4. During each year of the charter term, the percentage of students who meet or exceed state standards on each content area of the EOCT will be greater than the DeKalb county average.
Measure 4. The Charter School will exceed state or local RESA graduation averages, whichever is higher, by 3%, or exceed 80%.
