Mediated Resolution. The Human Resources Manager is empowered to work with the parties to the complaint to effect a mediated resolution, if the complainant and person(s) complained of are agreeable to mediation. If the Human Resources Manager resolves the complaint through mediation, they will file a report with the most senior officer at the location and the file will be closed.
