MEMBERSHIP FORMS. The Employer agrees to distribute membership forms for the Union in paper or electronic format at the time of hire.
MEMBERSHIP FORMS. The Employer agrees to distribute membership forms for the Union with the basic employment paperwork required by the Employer. All membership forms completed by an employee and returned to the Employer will be forwarded to the Union by the Employer, keeping a copy for the Employer and sending originals to the Union within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Employers receipt of the form.

The Union and the Employer shall work together to ensure that all employees are aware of their obligations around union security, and to provide the Union’s membership form to all bargaining unit employees following ratification of this Agreement. The Union will indemnify and hold harmless the Employer against any claim or obligation which may be made by any employee by reason of the deduction of Union membership fees, including the cost of defending against such claim or obligation.

  • Membership Dues Association membership dues, as explicitly approved by the Trustees;

  • Membership Fees The Employer shall reimburse an employee for the payment of membership or registration fees to an organization or governing body when the payment of such fees is a requirement for the continuation of the performance of the duties of the employee’s position.

  • Membership Meetings The members may hold regular or special meetings either in the State of New Jersey or elsewhere. Regular meetings of the members may be held without notice at a time and place as may be determined by the members. Any member may call a special meeting of the members by giving thirty (30) days prior written notice of the time, place and purpose of the meeting to the other members. Notice will be as provided in Article 11 of this Agreement. Any member may waive notice of any meeting. Members may participate in a meeting by means of telephone conference or other video or audio communications equipment where all persons participating in the meeting can simultaneously hear each other. Participation in such a meeting by a member will constitute the presence of the member at the meeting.

  • Membership Fee Program Member agrees to and shall pay the Member Amenities Fee as provided in the Membership Agreement. Unless this Agreement is not renewed, as provided in Section 4 (above), subsequently, the Program Member will be billed for the Member Amenities Fee for each Renewal Year prior to the beginning of each Renewal Year, and the Program Member agrees to pay the invoiced Member Amenities Fee within 30 days after the date of the invoice. In order to facilitate the administration of the Personalized Care Practice and the Program Services, Personalized Care Practice hereby appoints Signature MD, Inc. to perform all billing and collections functions associated with the Member Amenities Fee (but not for medical services covered under any insurance contract, including Medicare).
