Methods of arranging ordinary hours. ‌ (a) The method of arranging ordinary hours may be:‌ (i) By employees working a constant number of ordinary hours each day; or (ii) By fixing one day a week on which employees work a lesser number of ordinary hours. (iii) By fixing one or more days on which all employees will be off during a particular work cycle; or‌ (iv) By rostering employees off on various days of the week during a particular work cycle so that each employee has one or more days off during that cycle.‌ (b) Subject to the employer's right to fix and change the daily hours of employees as prescribed in 18.6 and 18.4(a), the arrangement of ordinary working hours is to be by agreement between the employer and the majority of employees in the enterprise or part of the enterprise affected. (c) Days off Where pursuant to 18.4(a)(iii) and 18.4(a)(iv) the Employer adopts a system of work which entitles an employee to a day off during the work cycle, the following provisions apply: (i) An employer and an employee or the majority of employees at the plant or work section or sections concerned may by agreement substitute the day the employee or employees concerned are to take off during a work cycle for another day. This agreement is not subject to 2.3.‌ (ii) An apprentice who is required to attend trade school on a rostered day off must be entitled to a substitute day as soon as practicable following the attendance at trade school. (iii) Except as provided in 18.4(c)(i), work performed on a rostered day off or shift off must be paid for at overtime rates as set out in 21.3.   • Negotiation Meetings The first bargaining session shall be held at a mutually agreed time and date within fourteen (14) days of the request. All proposals by the parties shall be written and submitted to the representative(s) of both teams at the first meeting. No additional items shall be submitted by either party following the first meeting, unless mutually agreed by the parties. Additional ground rules, if any, will be established at the first meeting.   • Cooperation with supervisory authorities 1. The data exporter agrees to deposit a copy of this contract with the supervisory authority if it so requests or if such deposit is required under the applicable data protection law. 2. The parties agree that the supervisory authority has the right to conduct an audit of the data importer, and of any subprocessor, which has the same scope and is subject to the same conditions as would apply to an audit of the data exporter under the applicable data protection law. 3. The data importer shall promptly inform the data exporter about the existence of legislation applicable to it or any subprocessor preventing the conduct of an audit of the data importer, or any subprocessor, pursuant to paragraph 2. In such a case the data exporter shall be entitled to take the measures foreseen in Clause 5 (b).

  • Negotiation Committee (A) The Union may designate certain employees to serve on its Negotiation Committee, and such employees will be granted administrative leave to attend negotiating sessions with the state. No employee shall be credited with more than the number of hours in the employee's regular workday for any day the employee is in negotiations.
