Common use of Minimum Call-Out Time Clause in Contracts

Minimum Call-Out Time. a) Employees called out by the Secretary-Treasurer of the Board, or his authorized representative, for work outside of their regular scheduled hours shall be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours pay at double time. This guarantee shall not apply to time worked immediately preceding or immediately following the employee's regularly scheduled hours. b) Temporary employees shall be accorded the same conditions as noted in Clause (a) above when working on relief of regular employees.
