Minimum Number of Participants Sample Clauses
The Minimum Number of Participants clause sets a required threshold for the least number of individuals or entities that must be involved in a particular event, program, or agreement for it to proceed. For example, a training seminar may only be held if at least 10 people register, or a group insurance policy may only be valid if a certain number of employees enroll. This clause ensures that the arrangement is viable and cost-effective, protecting parties from the inefficiency or impracticality of proceeding with too few participants.
