Minimum Requirement Sample Clauses
A Minimum Requirement clause sets a baseline standard or threshold that must be met by one or both parties under a contract. This clause typically specifies the least amount of goods, services, or performance that is acceptable, such as a minimum purchase quantity or a minimum level of service quality. By establishing these minimums, the clause ensures that the parties have clear expectations and that the contract delivers a guaranteed level of value or performance, thereby reducing ambiguity and protecting against underperformance.
