And I, the minor’s parents and or legal guardian, understand the nature of all The Plex/Beaverton Sports Development activities and the minor’s experience and capabilities and believe the minor to be qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. MINOR RELEASE. “Minor Release” means a Supplier-designated correction, extension, or fix to an existing release of a Product, generally designed to address one or more errors or reduce the effects thereof. A Minor Release may also include enhanced, improved or modified functionality (as determined in Supplier’s sole discretion). All Minor Releases are provided on an “AS IS” basis only and in object code only.
