The "Other Components" clause defines which additional items, materials, or elements are included as part of the agreement beyond the main deliverables. This may cover accessories, documentation, software, or ancillary equipment that accompany the primary product or service. By specifying these components, the clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of what is included in the scope of delivery, reducing the risk of disputes over missing or expected items.
Other Components. (1) An RTG agreement should impose on member transmitting utilities an obligation to provide transmission services for other members, including the obligation to enlarge facilities, on a basis that is consistent with sections 205, 206, 211, 212 and 213 of the FPA. To the extent practicable and known, the RTG agree- ment should specify the terms and con- ditions under which transmission serv- ices will be offered. (2) An RTG agreement should re- quire, at a minimum, the development of a coordinated transmission plan on a regional basis and the sharing of trans- mission planning information, with the goal of efficient use, expansion, and co- ordination of the interconnected elec- tric system on a grid-wide basis. An RTG agreement should provide mecha- nisms to incorporate the transmission needs of non-members into regional plans. An RTG agreement should in- clude as much detail as possible with regard to operational and planning pro- cedures. (3) An RTG agreement should include voluntary dispute resolution proce- dures that provide a fair alternative to resorting in the first instance to sec- tion 206 complaints or section 211 pro- ceedings. (4) An RTG agreement should include an exit provision for RTG members that leave the RTG, specifying the ob- ligations of a departing member.
Other Components a. A catastrophic illness donation program when an employee has or is about to exhaust all accumulated paid time off, as currently administered. b. Integration of paid time off with workers’ compensation and disability plan where applicable. c. Employees employed in permanent regular continuous part-time service shall participate in the vacation and sick leave program on a prorated basis. d. Employees shall be permitted to use vacation hours in place of sick leave. Such use of vacation hours will be recorded accordingly. e. Sick leave may be used as follows: 1) A bona fide illness or injury of an employee or family member as established by law (i.e., FMLA and CFRA). 2) Any FMLA and/or CFRA qualifying leave (e.g. to stay home with a child either newly born or newly placed with the employee for adoption or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care). 3) Medical, dental or eye care consultations of an employee or family member. 4) Physical incapacity for the purpose of work caused or contributed to by pregnancy or the recovery therefrom. 5) Consistent with No. 3. b. above (Integration).
Other Components. All time-controlled components and life-limited components, other than engines, landing gear and auxiliary power units, shall have a minimum of 3,000 hours or twelve months (unless one-half of the allowable hours or months, as the case may be, permitted between shop visits or replacements is actually less than 3,000 hours or twelve months, in which case one-half of such allowable hours or months) remaining to the next scheduled shop visit or replacement.

Other Components. 1. All components must be appropriate for wet service and any unique, end use specific, environmental conditions. Examples of unacceptable components are poorly attached soles, low grade leathers and materials that are mechanically unstable in water.
Other Components. TI is responsible for the selection, supply, installation, maintenance, and security of all equipment, software, data, and services necessary for use or used in conjunction with the Services.

Failure to maintain water chemistry and/ or neglect in cleaning the stainless steel components could escalate the chemical attack on the stainless. The following items are not included in this limited warranty but are to warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship at the time of delivery to the original consumer purchaser from the dealer: Filter cartridge, dirty filters, air locks, incorrect water chemistry, loose unions, pinched or misaligned gaskets, pump seals, closed water valves, closed jets, fuses, expired light bulbs and spa pillows.
