The MLS Soccer Season Availability clause defines the periods during which certain services, facilities, or personnel are available in alignment with the Major League Soccer season schedule. Typically, this clause specifies that access to stadiums, broadcast rights, or player appearances is limited to the official start and end dates of the MLS season, and may outline exceptions for playoffs or off-season events. MLS Soccer Season Availability. (i) The Employer will post the yearly schedule for the pre-season and regular season MLS games on or before February 1st of each year (this and other related dates will be adjusted if there is a delay in publishing the schedule). (ii) Event employees will be required to log into Employee Self Service Portal (ESS) and provide their availability as per their group. Employees will indicate their availability through the ESS. The employees must select and choose their availability based on the employee group they are a part of, that being Group A, or Group B. An employee must provide their availability by February 10th. (iii) Once employees have chosen their MLS available as per Clause 21.3(b)(1)(ii) to above, the Employer will lock down ESS for seven days, and individual Event Employees will be emailed confirming their MLS Anchor Season shift dates. (iv) Once emailed as per Clause 21.3(b)(1)(iii) above, no further changes can be made to the confirmed MLS Anchor shift dates, other than allowable exceptions as per the collective agreement. (v) Event employees who become available after Clause 21.3(b)(1)(iii)above, can update their availability on ESS, and their availability may be included in final posting of work schedule as per Clause 21.1(c)(1). (vi) Employees who provided their early commitments as per Clause 21.3(b)(1)(i) to

(iii) If an employee does not choose his/her MLS game availability by the ten (10)-day deadline, he/she will automatically be confirmed for one hundred percent (100%) availability for the entire MLS season. (iv) Once employees have chosen their MLS available as per Clauses 21.3(a)(i)(1) to (3) above, the Employer will lock down ESS for seven (7) days, and individual Event Employees will be emailed confirming their MLS Anchor Season shift dates. (v) Once emailed as per Clause (iv) above, no further changes can be made to the confirmed MLS Anchor shift dates, other than allowable exceptions as per the collective agreement. (vi) Event employees who become available after Clause (iv) above, can update their availability on ESS, and their availability may be included in final posting of work schedule as per Article 21.1(c). (vii) Employees who provided their early commitments as per Clause (i) to (iv) shall not be displaced by Clause (vi) above. (viii) Final MLS work schedules will be scheduled in accordance with Article 21.1(c) for event employees. The Employer will also provide a copy of the schedules to the Union.

  • EPP service availability Refers to the ability of the TLD EPP servers as a group, to respond to commands from the Registry accredited Registrars, who already have credentials to the servers. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. An EPP command with “EPP command RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. If 51% or more of the EPP testing probes see the EPP service as unavailable during a given time, the EPP service will be considered unavailable.

  • Service Availability You understand that Service availability is at all times conditioned upon the corresponding operation and availability of the communication systems used in communicating your instructions and requests to the Credit Union. We will not be liable or have any responsibility of any kind for any loss or damage thereby incurred by you in the event of any failure or interruption of such communication systems or services resulting from the act or omission of any third party, or from any other cause not reasonably within the control of the Credit Union.

  • DNS service availability Refers to the ability of the group of listed-­‐as-­‐authoritative name servers of a particular domain name (e.g., a TLD), to answer DNS queries from DNS probes. For the service to be considered available at a particular moment, at least, two of the delegated name servers registered in the DNS must have successful results from “DNS tests” to each of their public-­‐DNS registered “IP addresses” to which the name server resolves. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes see the service as unavailable during a given time, the DNS service will be considered unavailable.

  • RDDS availability Refers to the ability of all the RDDS services for the TLD, to respond to queries from an Internet user with appropriate data from the relevant Registry System. If 51% or more of the RDDS testing probes see any of the RDDS services as unavailable during a given time, the RDDS will be considered unavailable.

  • DNS name server availability Refers to the ability of a public-­‐DNS registered “IP address” of a particular name server listed as authoritative for a domain name, to answer DNS queries from an Internet user. All the public DNS-­‐registered “IP address” of all name servers of the domain name being monitored shall be tested individually. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes get undefined/unanswered results from “DNS tests” to a name server “IP address” during a given time, the name server “IP address” will be considered unavailable.
