MOBILIZATION & DEMOBILIZATION Clause Samples
The Mobilization & Demobilization clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for preparing and winding down a project site, including the movement of personnel, equipment, and materials to and from the work location. In practice, this clause outlines the timing, costs, and requirements for both the initial setup (mobilization) and the final removal (demobilization) of resources, often specifying which party bears the associated expenses. Its core function is to ensure clarity and fairness in handling the logistical and financial aspects of starting and completing a project, thereby preventing disputes over these transitional phases.
