MODIFICATION PROCEDURES. If the supervisor wishes to modify an Employee's official job description, the supervisor shall consult with the Employee about the proposed modification, providing the Employee with a copy of the proposed modification. The Academic Support Professional may attach a statement reacting to the proposed modification and forward it to the ▇▇▇▇/Director and the appropriate Vice President for approval. The Academic Support Professional shall receive a copy of any modification of her/his official job description. The final modification will be forwarded to the Office of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and to the UPI Chapter President.

MODIFICATION PROCEDURES. (A) Upon receipt of a request in accordance with this Section 2.01(a)(iv), the Issuing Lender may, in its sole discretion, agree to modify the Letter of Credit. The Borrower shall notify the Issuing Lender of any requests to modify any Letters of Credit by the delivery to the Issuing Lender of a written request for amendment in the form attached as Exhibit C (each, a “Request for Modification”), appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower. Such Request for Modification shall specify, in form and detail reasonably satisfactory to the Issuing Lender: (I) the Letter of Credit to be modified; (II) the proposed modification to the face amount thereof; (III) the proposed effective date of modification thereof, which shall be a Business Day; and (IV) such other matters as the Issuing Lender may reasonably require. Additionally, the Borrower shall furnish to the Issuing Lender such other documents and information pertaining to such modification as the Issuing Lender may reasonably require. (B) As soon as practicable after receipt of any Request for Modification, then, subject to the terms and conditions hereof and of the other Transaction Documents, the Issuing Lender shall, on the requested date, make such modification to the Letter of Credit in respect of the applicable Account Beneficiary and for the account of the Borrower, in each case, as designated by the Borrower in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
MODIFICATION PROCEDURES. Thus agreement may be modified from time to time by the NCUA Board. Any such modifications shall be published in the Federal Register and shall become a part of this agreement as of the effective date specified in the Federal register. The modification shall apply to all advances of Facility funds after such effective date. All such modifications are a part of this agreement, including modifications that occurred prior to the signing of this agreement.
